We provide Buddhism and meditation resources. We try to make our classes relaxed, informal and interactive, and relevant to ordinary people leading ordinary lives. You do not have to be a Buddhist or become a Buddhist or anything else in order to attend our classes.

Objective
The objective of this Institute to provide and promote higher Buddhist Education and meditation to their dedicated moral life for the society and bring peace and happiness to the world.
The Abbut
Venerable Dr. Bhanthe Pannaloka
Venerable Dr. Bhikkhu Praghyalok is a Nepalese Buddhist monk born in 1957 who has dedicated over 40 years to Buddhist service. Ordained in 1977, he holds international qualifications, including a post-graduate diploma in Monastic Buddhist Education from Sri Lanka (1985) and specialized in Theravada Buddhist studies.
Key highlights of his life and work include:
- Birth & Education: Born in Banepa, Nepal, he has focused on monastic education and Buddhist philosophy.
- Service: Received higher ordination in 1979 and obtained the Sadhamma Palaka certificate in Buddhist Studies.
- Contributions: As a scholar-monk, he has contributed to Buddhist education and studies in the region.
